Purchaser must remove cabinets and listed appliances from the space. All appliances will be disconnected from power and plumbing. Sale includes all cabinets in photos, bench and the following appliances: oven, sink, cooktop and dishwasher. DOES NOT INCLUDE THE FRIDGE. All appliances are in working order, with the exception of the grill in the oven.
Kitchen is from early 1990s, and has the wear and tear you’d expect from its age.
Kitchen must be removed by purchaser on any of these dates. 5, 6, 7 or 8 July. Address is in Chatswood Auckland
