Due to a change in design direction, this bespoke kitchen is offered for sale and is available immediately from a storage facility in Tauranga. This includes all kitchen cabinetry and an island unit with an engineered stone top (Dekton 12mm, black). This also includes the door for a concealed dishwasher, which I had forgotten to mention earlier. This is not shown in the photos. This does not include the stainless steel bench top or sink insert. This does not include the ovens in the photos. Drawings are included in the photo section. Drawers are all push to open with soft closing hardware. Doors have soft closing hardware and recessed handles. A push to open double rubbish bin is included. This kitchen has been in storage for some time and has some minor marks and scratches that will need to be noted by intending buyers, on inspection. These units were installed in and removed from the building site before the completion of the home. As such they were never in day to day use as a kitchen. Viewing is by appointment only, to serious buyers. Viewing is highly recommended to verify condition and dimensions.
