Standard "Versatile" garage, 5.5m length x 4.2m width. Second hand, this was dismantled by us and re-erected on our site. Bolted and fixed back together with bugle screws. Easy job to dismantle, we have used no nails. Roofing treated, painted and fixed in place with Tek roofing screws. We shifted this to our site using an 8 x 4 car trailer. While the task of putting this together is not for the faint hearted I’m only a home handyman (retired) and it wasn’t a difficult job. A change of circumstances means this is back on the market. This would make a very inexpensive sleepout. Buyer must pick up. The exterior cladding would come up well with a water blast and paint job. A few dents acquired over the ages. Alternatively installation of new cladding would really flash it up. Timber framing and trusses in excellent condition. Under 30 sq metres so this does not need a building permit.

Located in northern Christchurch suburb. Due to restricted access this needs to be dismantled to remove from the site. It is not possible to crane it out unfortunately.
