Hi, I personally have owned & lived in it since February last year. Friends had it built approximately 7 years ago for their dad to live in. He lived in it for a year, then it sat empty until I purchased it. Since living in it , I have loved it, it’s very easy to heat in 30 minutes with the huge heat pump & is very cheap living with the gas hot water. I run it off a caravan plug .
