Designed to insulate electric hot water systems. Will fit most domestic hot water cylinders. Kit comes ready to fit and includes a 50mm thick polyester insulation inner layer with a laminated outer foil covering, joining tape and instructions. Thermal performance rating is R1.2.

It comes in one long sheet and can be easily cut to size. Measures 1.2m high and 3m long and 50mm thick – 3.6 square metres in total. It's quick and easy to install.

The recycled polyester insulated material is safe to handle, non-allergenic, non-irritant and fire-safe.

Left over material can be used to wrap around your hot water pipes for added insulation and reduced electricity use.

This insulated covering saves you money by retaining heat in the cylinder. This won't make your hot water hotter, it reduces heat loss during winter when your power bills are the highest. This means you use less electricity to heat and maintain hot water temperature during cold weather. Home hot water heating typically makes up a third of your power bill. Savings can be quite significant and the wrap will pay itself back very quickly.

The Eco Wrap is manufactured by Autex Industries in Avondale (go NZ made!), is excellent quality and will last you many years.
