Rheem27 Continuous hot water. This is LPG Instant hot water heater.

Under a year old. Removed as our solar system can heat up our hot water cylinder, so we are doing away with the Instant Hot Water heater.

It is in excellent condition (near new). Manual and usage instructions included.
