Selling our Rinnai Infinity EF24 and controller as we are doing a renovation and switching to electric heating. This is natural gas, operating from mains supply.

It was installed new August 2018. I have the gas certificate for the work that was done.

I went for the EF option as it saves energy by reclaiming heat, from the website: "Rinnai INFINITY EF condensing continuous flow water heaters capture waste heat from the flue gas through the use of a secondary heat exchanger to help heat the water with less energy"...

List price is around $2000. Looking for $800 but make an offer. All the services have been disconnected but it is still on the wall. The buyer gets to disconnect it the way they like, I'll be there to help. If this is a deal breaker I'm sure I can remove it if the price is good!

Controller is included. Allows you to reduce the temperature from the default, saving more energy and avoiding having water that is too hot.

I've not cleaned it but it should look pretty good with a wipe down.
