Size is 9.8 metres long by 3 metres wide. The main house sits on a trailer with a tow bar on 2 wheels, due to size cannot be towed on the road. The cladding is marine grade corrugated iron, colour denim blue. All joinery silver aluminium and roof is corrugated iron. The home is fully insulated and flooring is hardwood, all lighting in the home is LED. The hard awning is ACM panels on the interior wall and the exterior is 50ml insulated fridge panels that lock together and are currently stored in Mangawhai. The house consists of

• Lounge with L-shaped couch (sleeps a single), blanket box, shelving with curtains and blinds.
• Functional kitchen with spacious pantry, fridge, gas cooker, benchtop oven, microwave, under sink cupboards and draws, breakfast bar and stools.
• From the kitchen there is a doorway framed up to join directly to the awning but is currently not in use and is part of the ACM panel covering the exterior of the TH.
• Master bedroom with comfortable queen bed, and wardrobe.
• Bathroom with separate shower and vanity. Currently has a chemical toilet but has plumbing for a permanent toilet system..
• The hard awning is 6 x 6m and consists of 2 x 3M x 3M bedrooms, each with its own entrance and separated by an internal wall. Currently stacked for reassembly.
• The are two queen size beds that go in the awning.
• The home with awning comfortably sleeps 7 adults plus…. (children, babies) The TH is fully plumbed to be connected to services on site.
