Deck is 10.5m X 3.5m wide going to 2.5m wide by the stairs. Full length porch is 1.5m wide. New 1.2m tall glass balustrade on both ends and covers much of deck front.

Delivered in two parts. Each part has full length chassis. Towed to site and joined in less than a day. Chassis sits loose on loose concrete blocks. Deck is the same.

Each half wired independently. Joined with a quick connection underneath by chassis to single interior fuse box.

Builders Box gives 50amp supply to fuse board and 15amp power supply to spa pool.

Plumbing is all on one half so no disconnecting needed for moving. Connection to waste water via Plumb Quick.

Aircon is 5.4kW Daiken ceiling cassette. Outside compressor unit bracket bolted to chassis so movable without disconnection.

Two full width identical en-suite bedrooms. Built-in double wardrobe, walk in closet area with shelves, draws and small vanity. Design done with thought of flatmate and large enough to work from home.

Laundry is behind double bi-fold doors. Full length counter top, storage and shelves. Holds washing machine and separate condenser dryer. Small storage cupboard at end that has washing machine water outlet.

Fridge/freezer area holds a side by side. Rear door has small dog door going onto small stepped landing.

LeisureBuilt indicated to disassemble and reassemble would be $7000-8000 dependant on how far the unit is going. They allowed for a few hours travel there and back. If going a significant distance more would be needed to allow for extra travel time.
