40ft (2 x 20ft) Container sized Lined Cabin.

These are Chinese kit set (like all most others on trade me in 20ft shipping container size for transporting) portable buildings. There are not made to shipping containers steel specifications. Walls and ceiling are insulated sandwich panels. Has working power but the certificate has long expired. All windows open and close and shutters work although some not fully.

Sold with roof that has not been on it for some years (photos of steel frame, iron). Both leak without the roof, when roof was on many years ago it did not leak. Roof parts are hopefully all there.

One is very old (light blue) other about 15 years old.

Condition: One poor and other average, the old one has had floor replaced, and has considerable rust and panels needing repairs. The newer one needs (or soon will) the floor repaired/replaced, could just put ply wood straight over the top.

History, it was used as an office but for the last 8 years has been a hunting hut.

Auction is for two 20ft units and all roof parts we have.

Everything is sold in AS IS Condition, all risk is on the purchaser. Items are poor condition.
