The CABIN kitset, from $9,900 (pre-order) is made with solid horizontal interlocking timber (250mm EXTRA HEIGHT FOR FREE NOW) as they have been made in Finland for hundreds of years. All our CABIN kitsets come with everything from the floor joists and floorboards through to quality double glazing and bitumen roofing material (upgradable to NZ Corrugated iron $1,500).

Is insulation included? e***1 (0 • 4:12 pm, Mon, 19 MayHi. Insulation is not required for the walls as the solid timber provides an R value of 2.44. Insulation is not required for the ceiling or underfloor as there are so many options and budgets. We highly recommend NZ made Terra Lana Natural Wool Insulation and can supply this as at an extra cost with the kit if required.
