Both buildings built well and built to standard by a registered builder. The bigger building built under 30sq so as not to require a permit, smaller building built just under 10sq.

The larger building could be an office and reception area. Ideal for a business from home. The smaller building is ideal as storage or an or ablution block for your motor home or outside room.

We’re going with a change of direction and no longer require.

Both buildings are on piles and site has easy access for a truck to transport to your site.

The outsides are built weather tight and ready for your own finish product. The insides are designed with plywood in mind with a 2.4 stud.
