These are built the same as a warmer healthier home 90mm h1 framing timber sg8 all cavities are filled with pink batts all aluminium joinery is double glazed the outer shell has building rap waterproof and breathable then clad in hardies then timber cladding over the top for aesthetics more than anything. three coats of Deluxe exterior professional paint Three down lights inside and 4 plugs exterior light all leds Roofing colour steel and flashings z flashing black. Internal 4 x 2.9 With inset were Double glazed ranch slider and Kwila deck is.

This is a portable building the Hardie board is part of the bracing element so it is direct fix the rap is breathable so not to be confused with a building of the 80s with open Cell low density polystyrene which caused massive problems.
