Auction is for a ‘near new’ 9.4m x 3.0m portable tiny home built by HouseMe in 2022. Tiny home is in very good condition, we are needing to sell due to change in circumstances. The home is currently located in Waitarere Beach, Horowhenua District.

The building is a steel structure with steel panel cladding with prefinished coastal cladding paint system. The subfloor is constructed on a steel chassis consisting of 2xHDG UC steel beams which are designed to be connected to timber piles. Interior walls & ceilings are finished with a prefinished steel liner, all walls, floors & ceilings are insulated with polystyrene. The waste is processed through a Macerator & pumped through a 50mm waste. The waste will need to be either connected into a sewer system or collected & pumped from a larger storage tank. The building has not been plumbed for a washing machine! The entire floor has Vinyl Floor Coverings. The building has a Code Compliance Certificate from Auckland Council on 24 November 2022. This was for the building only & does not include siting & foundation costs for specific site location.
