Interior professionally painted and stained with eco paint/stain from the Natural Paint Company

Danish oil on the ceiling to bring out the beauty of the Norwegian spruce - the photos do not do it justice! It's really rich. The whitewash allows the grain of the wood to be shown, while the white helps to make the space spacious.

Exterior painted with 3 coats and plenty of spare paint to hand over too.

We've spent a significant amount on the painting, approximately $1870 + GST for the interior and $900 for the exterior.

SheShed sheds don't come with their own plumbing, but we wanted to add some, so we're including $1,000 for labor and materials for FREE!

We also employed a professional builder to help us get the Shed up, so those costs should also be considered in your savings evaluation.

The flooring is Norwegian Spruce (as is the rest of the Shed). We will lay the floor as part of the removal process, so the floor finishing is the only thing left for you to do once in situ. Oh, and of course, decorate it with your style of decor.
