I was building a kitset 43m2 building to install in a remote spot in Coromandel. It was designed to tow around the property if the Council started complaining ie. I could prove it was portable and tell them to go jump.

Starting at the base there are 6 concrete foundation blocks, then a pair of 300x90x16mm PFC rails with 160mm pipe spacers and bolt plates. Rails are joined in the middle with a pair of 2m sections of the same PFC. Diagonal bracing can be placed between the spacers - tabs are already welded to the end flanges to facilitate this. Spacers and rails bolt together with M16 galvanised bolts.

All the floor sections are fully insulated and would bolt or coach screw down to the rails. Two of the 1.5m2 sections are all timber. Two of the 10m2 floor sections are all tanalised timber and the other two have steel frames and stradnboard top and 12mm tanalised and painted bottom.

I was planning on using BONDOR 100mm freezer panels for the walls and 150mm or 200mm for the roof. BONDOR were quoting around $15000 for their part. Add in $10 to $15K for windows and ranch sliders and you have a very cheap warm maintenance free building.

I also have a 200PFC centre portal structure which mounts in the centre of the building as designed. This could be purchased as an extra to this auction.

Plans have changed and I am now selling the base structure comprising:-

1 x Heavy duty steel structure to support 6 x floor sections complete with main rails and 6 x cross beams 4 x 10m2 floor sections 2 x 1.5m2 floor sections 1 x box M16 galvanised bolts and nuts 6 x 1000kgs concrete anchor blocks

Drawings show what is available and the overall design I was looking to build.

I can lift components onto a truck or trailer with my tractor.

All items are in HIKUAI Coromandel.

Collection required within 2 weeks of winning the auction. A large flatbed trailer or 4.8m bed flatbed truck would suit to move in a few trips.
