Built in 2020. 8 metre onsite van. Plenty of storage, fold out sofa bed. Bedroom has a near new queen size bed. 12 volt mulching toilet. Gas hot water for shower and kitchen. Fridge freezer, gas hob and new 600 mm electric oven. Had great plans for it but change in circumstances means it has to go within 3 days of the auction close. Trailer has no brakes. Towable but not legal for the road. Removal is purchaser’s responsibility. Auction will close on Sunday 24th August at 8.30 pm

Regarding the shower and toilet, the lovely older couple that I bought it from said everything worked. The van hasn’t moved or been used since I owned it so can only assume everything works. After all, it’s only 5 years old. They didn’t build it to tow as a caravan so they never tried to get a WoF. Couldn’t tell you if it can get a WoF. kelron (116) • Saturday, 16 August 2025

There is a gas califont which just needs a gas bottle. If you zoom in on the first photo there is a blue caravan plug next to the califont to plug in power. It comes with the power cord.
