H3 treated framing 70 x 40 plus stainless steel fasteners. All joinery, roof and floor frame is light brown in colour. 2nd coat stain required on assembly. All stainless steel hardware supplied. A frame trusses and steel connectors adds to the open interior. 700mm veranda and deck included. Building is warm & weathertight.
