This cabin was purchased new in 2022 and built to the NZ building code.

It has been used it as a bedroom while building our family home, and it is no longer needed.

It has carpet and painted ceiling (the paint colour is Black White) and painted gib walls (it will come with a freshly painted in paint colour Cardrona)

There is one opening window and glass ranch slider door (both are double glazed).

Two power points, internal lights, outdoor lights and caravan plug and cord.
