This auction is for a 6 x 3m Portable Cabin / Unit / Tiny House

Has some wind damage, hence the $1 auction

I had it leveled up sitting on blocks while I fitted the ranch slider and a storm hit and blew it of the blocks. This has caused damage to the plastic window surround and the end wall.

Solid steel frame so wouldn't be hard to fix or just clad overtop of insulated paneling.

Pick up is on Kaipara Flats Road 15 kms west of Warkworth

I have just added 4 photos of the window frame. I'm assuming when the cabin came off its blocks, it did this one corner at a time causing some movement in the panels and the ground the cabin is sitting on isn't level. The window frame is plastic and the corners were just glued together with silicon so once the cabin is moved and leveled up again, I would assume you could just silicon them together again.
