Built in July 2025 as a sewing and jewellery workspace for me and my wife.

We have moved house and no longer need it. It is located in West Auckland.

Built with solidly, with care and along building code guidelines.

We are happy to assist with organising the relocation.

Floor: H3.2 treated 150x50 joists at 400mm on center, black polythene, H3.2 21mm plywood, UV treated 12mm Birch plywood.

Walls: Zincalume corrugate (think its 0.4mm, maybe more as it's very sturdy), H1.2 90x45 framing, Masons Barricade FR wrap, Pink batts, 12mm Gib, stopped and painted with Resene Spacecote Kitchen and Bathroom enamel in Resene half Bianca.

Roof/Ceiling: Same as walls but framed with H1.2 150x50 joists at 1200 centers with custom Zincalume flashing.

Windows/doors: Recycled, repainted and flashed using flashing tape and custom Zincalume flashings. White is Resene Lustacryl enamel in Resene Quarter Bianca and yellow is Resene Enamacryl in Resene Sweet Corn.

Interior architraves and skirtings ripped from old Kauri framing.

Electrical wiring for 2 double power points and one ceiling light. Includes all fuses and switches etc and is ready to be finished off properly by your electrician.

Internal dimensions: Floor - 2.4m x 2.8m. Height 2.25m-2.57m External dimensions: Roof - approximately 3.2m x 3.6m. Height - Approximately just under 3m from the bottom of the joists to the highest point.

Building transport is not included in the price however we are happy to assist with organising this! Swanson Transport Ltd has been recommended.
