Aluminium joinery is second hand. Two ranch sliders, rear door and five windows Divided into a separate room for toilet and shower which is Gib board lined. Has shower (partly plumbed) hand basin (partly plumbed) and a toilet & cistern (not plumbed). Has kitchenet and cupboards (not installed). Electrically prewired with correct cabling. Some wall insulation installed but sufficient spare bats to finish with temporary cover sheets as cladding. Left unclad so building inspector can inspect and certify as well as an electrician can inspect prior to wiring connections. Also, it means purchaser can finish it to what they desire. Major jobs to be finished are internal walls cladding (20 sheets 1200 * 2400), flooring 37 sqm and lot’s of painting externally, window frame and internally plus wiring. Anyone that has done their own research should find the 3.6M with is a lot more comfortable than 3.0M or less. Note! Roof width is 4.2 M.
