Our two cabins have been used as bedrooms during the construction of our family home, we are about to move in, so it’s time to move them on.

They are both built in NZ, to NZ building code 3604, and have worked very well as extra bedrooms.

The larger cabin is 6m long x 2.955m wide.

It has a 550 wide entrance deck, two exterior lights and walls and ceiling clad in western red cedar.

The cabin is constructed with 90mm framing and is 3m tall at the high side and 2.75 at the low side.

Inside it has painted, grooved MDF walls, wooden plank flooring, a 400w wall panel heater, two double glazed windows and a double glazed ranch slider entrance door. The thermal backed curtains are also included. The photos show that it easily fits a queen size bed, x2 bed side tables, a two seater sofa, table and chairs and a chest of drawers. There is also room for a kitchenette or other furniture if required.

The coloursteel cladding is very durable and the cabin comes with a 15m caravan cord/plug.

The second cabin is 4.85m long and 2.85m wide.

It is carpeted with painted walls and ceiling, one double glazed window with a thermal backed curtain and a double glazed ranch slider entrance door. In the photos it has a king single bed, desk, large single arm chair and wardrobe.

There are external lights, caravan cord/plug and it’s clad in painted in exterior shadow clad plywood and a colour steel roof.
