Approx 4.5m x 3.5m plus 1.4m deep veranda. Ceiling height 3.2m at apex. Built in Feb 2023 and used as a sleepout for my son, then as an office. Carpet in near new condition, professionally lined, insulated and wired with 6 double sockets, internet port, with reinforcement to hang a TV on the wall. Lockable door.
