Stainless steel connector plate between wide tape end and a gate handle. Usually used when held in a clamp insulator on a gate post. Wide tape joins plate in buckle style connection on one end Hook of gate handle connects to either loop in other end or the hole. The hole can also be used as an electrical connection point.
