No payment can be accepted on pickup, all orders must be paid for prior to arriving - do not show up to collect your order until instructed to do so or you will be turned away!

• All orders are dispatched within 48 hours from purchase
• Auckland Pickup available from Onehunga, Auckland
• Collection Hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 2.00pm
• Any freight damage must be notified within 2 days of receiving.
• Please note if your order needs a pallet there will be an additional charge (depending on pallet size)

Bar or long products (i.e. angles, flats, hollow sections, etc.) to be shipped via courier can be no longer than 1.8m. We will do our best to provide you with the longest cut lengths possible, please make notes when purchasing if you would like it cut more specifically. If you require delivery in full length please select the higher shipping rate not the courier option.
