Standard Certifications and Specifications:

• Full-contour and partial contour vehicle markings are recommended in New Zealand by NZTA under “Land Transport Rule: Vehicle Lighting”.

Substrates:

• Suitable for application on rigid surfaces that are clean, smooth, flat, rigid and dimensionally stable. Avoid low surface energy plastics.

Industrial application:

• There are currently no official guidelines or regulations for reflective tape colour usage in an industrial application. However, 3M recommend hazard stripe reflective tape to mark hazards, and solid colour reflective tapes to increase visibility. It is recommended that colours are used to in a consistent manner to avoid confusion.
