Large industrial water blaster or hydraulic hose reel .hydraulic winding motor and control valve included and a swivel base is also available.this carried a 25mm ID 2 wire hose which is not available but it does have the swivel system and feed hose the drum flanges are about 1m dia and the reel core is 300mm.between the flanges is about 600mm.this unit would cost 5k to replace it.we also have a 6 cylinder air cooled Duetz engine in a seperate Auction check out my services listing for more info
