Tray & Trolley Capacity: Each cabinet holds 2 trolleys. Each trolley accommodates 18-19 trays with silicone mesh for easy product removal. Designed for high turnover, allowing efficient daily processing.

Features: Diesel Boiler Heating System: Previously used a diesel boiler to heat water, which circulated through a radiator. A large fan blew warm air evenly through the cabinets, ensuring consistent airflow across each tray. Warm air circulated down the side walls and through the roof for optimal airflow. Certain trays may develop damp spots; adjusting tray usage can enhance drying speed and efficiency. Each cabinet door has a rubber seal and an air lifter to protect the seal when opening and closing.

Collapsible Design: The entire unit is collapsible, taking approximately one day to disassemble.

Temperature & Humidity Control: Piping is set up to connect the radiator for continuous hot air circulation. A wet and dry gauge and a digital temperature readout allow for precise monitoring and control. Previously, a refrigerating compressor was used to introduce cold air, effectively reducing humidity levels within the cabinets.

Economical Operation: The diesel boiler consumed about 1 liter per hour, making it economical for continuous operation. The setup is compatible with heat pump technology if preferred.
