We do accept refunds on shoes that are received back with in 28days of purchase. We need to see shoes back in new condition - including packaging. We do not credit freight costs.

ABOUT US: We established Around Twelve Limited because we could not find large shoes to fit us. Therefore we specialise in large, stylish and comfy shoes for men and women at GREAT prices.

Around Twelve is owned by 2 sisters with a crazy hobby for collecting large shoes for men and women.We started this business because we struggled to find shoes to fit us! We are located in Te Kuiti and operate mostly via our website. We do not have retail outlets, however we are available for viewing by appointment and for pick up after purchase. Depending on location we may even come to you. We only have a small selection of our stock listed on Trade me so if you are looking for something in particular - please ask and we can list it for you. Happy trading.
