I think my sister brought these back for my kids from Senegal? They are great quality, fully lined, I think fully cotton. Cute shell buttons (one has been replaced with a standard button) and buttoned front pocket. Hard wearing and practical patchworked fabric. The size is very approximate, I'm just guessing based on how old my kids were when they fit. You can cross over the straps of course to adjust the fit. Definitely a UNISEX item.
