House of Scotland Wool/Cashmere overcoat. This would ideally fit someone with a size 36 to 40 waist. I'm 36 waist and it is a bit big for me. I bought it in Oxford Street, London and wore it when living there. It has not been worn for 12 years and is in excellent condition. I have photographed it with a tape measure to show it's dimensions. Pick up is in One Tree Hill, or postage can be arranged .
