We do accept refunds on shoes that are received back with in 28days of purchase. We need to see shoes back in new condition - including packaging. We do not credit freight costs.

We are located in Te Kuiti and operate mostly via our website. We do not have retail outlets, however we are available for viewing by appointment and for pick up after purchase. Depending on location we may even come to you.
