I have used these boots for approximately four months as a paramedic. They have a composite toe and are completely waterproof with the waterproof gusset behind the zip. The zip makes for an easy, fast pull-on.

This is a genuine 5:11 product; you will see from the website that they are $270 new. I am only selling as I am moving off the front line now and won't be requiring them. But they have a lot of life left in them yet. Years!

They are extraordinarily comfortable for long shifts. They would suit police, paramedics (including the students ), the MOJ, corrections, and even security guards. It’s more like having a running shoe on your foot than a boot. Lightweight.

They have a composite reinforced toe. and I highly recommend them. These ones have a lot of life in them, as you can see from the pictures. There is a small amount of cracking on one of the tongues of the boot, and I have glued this down successfully. This can be seen in the pictures; otherwise, the boots are in excellent condition. They also feel like running shoes; they are entirely non-slip, which is fantastic when you’re on the job and running. So many of my police and paramedic friends have these boots and say they have been life changing… I have to agree compared to the standard issue boots that you are given.
