Handmade Italian shoes

I'm a size 40 and was told to order a size up as this particular model is on the small side. I have narrow feet but they are a little tight and closer to a 39 or 39.5. They would be perfect for a wedding, or a party, and as they are handmade (in Italy) the workmanship is beautiful and they're extremely comfortable. The colour is chartreuse.
