The height is adjustable from 620mm to 1100mm. Height is adjusted by using a mechanical hand turned knob, as seen in one of the photos. It takes 48 turns between the lowest height to the highest height. it is strong and very sturdy for leaning on in the stand up position. The monitor riser is also separately adjustable. The glass shelf can fit on either side. The wire holders under the table can be moved.
