Note: The tablet requires 2000mA to charge, some USB ports, especially laptops and frontal USB ports of desktops, may not have sufficient power to charge the tablet. Please use connect to rear USB ports of desktop computer for best result.

To connect your starPad to your computer, you do not need to install any drivers.

1. Plug the USB cable into the tablet, connect it to your computer
2. Press the USB icon on the bottom right corner of the tablet, shaped like a trident, a menu will pop up and you will see 3 or 4 options
3. Select "Connect as an installer" or "Connect as a media device", you see another menu popping up, with 3 options.
4. Select "USB large storage", at the bottom right corner message "USB connected" will prompt
5. Press the USB icon on the bottom right corner of the tablet, then select "USB connected", new screen will prompt
6. Select "Turn on USB storage".
7. You can now access the tablet's storage from My Computer, place files into corresponding folder.
8. Remember to select "Turn off USB storage" when you finish.
