Brother MFC-7340: laser multifunction machine (printer, copier, scaner). It suddently stopped working. The small window shows: Printing unable EC, see trounble shooting and rountin maintenance chapter in user's guide.
It has new drum and toner in it.
We don't have the skills to deal with it. Just would like it go.
