HP LTO-6 Ultrium 6250 External SAS Tape Drive
Used in my home LAB to learn about backups and to migrate my storage some time ago. Drive worked fine with Veeam at the time. Has since sat in my server rack unused and its time to move it on.
Powers on fine and I have run a cleaning tape through it successfully.
Edit: I found the Cable and host PCI Express card that I used so have included it in the listing.
