This listing is for 1 Garfield theme beaded pen (black ink) which has been decorated using an assortment of silicone beads. The Garfield character focal bead is double sided. These are plastic refillable pens & you will receive 1 additional black ink refill with each pen ordered. Simply unscrew the silver pen tip to replace the ink cartridge.
