I am really sad to part with this kiln and I've loved using it. Reason for selling is that I've recently moved house and my wiring set up is not sufficient to run this kiln.

Its gorgeous. Do you have a buy now lol. To the person wanting to know how heavy/easy it is to move, it's around 95kg including the lid. Removing the lid (a quick two-step process) reduces the weight by about 25kg. The kiln can also be taken apart into sections, eg take just the top ring off to make it lighter, or separate all the rings to carry them through narrow doorways or up/down stairs. Good luck to all the bidders! Trade Me User • 7:43 am, Sat, 17 May Thanks heaps for that info Jacqui! :) Jacqui, who runs Plume Studio, is incredibly knowledgeable about these lovey kilns! Trade Me Seller • 9:16 am, Sat, 17 May Hello :) Do you know the weight of the kiln? Do you think it would be possible to get on a trailer and for us to transport safely to Paraparaumu? Or do you think it needs to be sent with a carrier? Thanks very much, Wendi Trade Me User • 6:03 pm, Fri, 16 May Hi Wendi! Thanks for your question :) I don't know the weight sorry. It's pretty heavy, but 2 strong people can safely lift it. It's totally possible to get it on a trailer. When I bought it, my husband and I drove it all the way down from Auckland strapped on the back of our ute. You would just need to make sure it is very safely strapped down and bring lots of padding to protect it from any impact (e.g. duvets, cardboard, polystyrene etc.). Also a tarp in case it rains! Hope that helps! Trade Me Seller • 6:12 pm, Fri, 16 May
