PARAGON TOUCH 'N FIRE KILN

American made kiln, 5.2 Cubic foot firing space, phase 1, RTC 1000 controller, thermocouple type K, 44 Amps.

I've had this kiln about 2 years, fired about once a week. When i bought it it was struggling to get to cone 6, but I replaced 2 elements and it was fine. Over time it's been struggling to reach cone 6 and clicking off early, could do with more elements. Buying a new kiln so I can go cone 10 for a new domestic ware range. Replaced the thermo couple recently as exploding bisque ware damaged it. Easy to get, from Auckland company (Teltherm) recipt and details with kiln. Plate in photos also shows electric load.

Controller is easy to use, bisque and glaze programs in there already with optional holds. Manual included.

Dimensions are: Internal - 570 high 580x580 width

External 870mm high including stand 95cm front to back including the controller on the front 80cm wide

Comes with 3 shelves 2 bungs Plug and socket (no cord though) Manual for the controller Stand

This kiln is about 150 kg, needs 2-4 people to move, secured on a trailer. Must collect.
