The ink marking can be immediately erased with water. The Sewline ink will disappear with in 2-10 days on most fabrics. Easily touch off using plain water in a Sewline Aqua Eraser. It is advisable to remove any visible marks before ironing Some fabrics may retain faint marking. To ensure permanent removeal of marking rinse or wash - with out detergent. Always test this Sewline pen on a fabric sample before marking your project. Please note that room temperature may affect the visibility of this pen on your fabric
