Sourced from a certified supplier in Northland, this stunning Totara slab has been air-dried for over 10 years at our Kumeu yard. Originally prepared for a custom project for an Italian client, it is now available for clearance — a rare opportunity to secure premium native timber at a reduced price.
Optional Kiln Drying: We can kiln-dry this slab to 10–12% moisture content for an additional $100, completed at our Kumeu kiln facility.
About Totara Wood: Totara (Podocarpus totara) is one of New Zealand’s most prized native timbers, admired for its rich reddish-brown tones, straight grain, and exceptional workability.
