Cosmetically in great shape with wear and tear consistent with age. Please see the photos, two of the fine black switch ends are broken so you'd need to be ok with that.

*Tone Defeat (also called EQ Defeat or Tone Bypass): where the audio signal bypasses the bass and treble circuits; reduced interference results in a cleaner signal which sounds better. In my experience this isn't just a gimmick and i use this function on amps which have it.
