This is a great sounding headphone amp and preamp. I have used this as a headphone amp, and more recently as a preamp to my Burson Timekeeper 3X GT monoblocks. It delivers excellent sound quality both as a headphone amp and preamp, with great detail and dynamics, in pure class A and dual mono design.

This is the “maxed out” version, with supercharger, SP02 power modules and upgraded Burson V7 opamps. It is 1-2 years old, but I am selling my audio system, including monoblocks, preamps, speakers and subwoofer. Excellent condition, no damages, 100% functional. It has a quiet fan as cooling solution, but once the music is playing you won’t hear the fan at all.

It has 2x pairs of V7 Vivid Pro and 1x pair of V7 Classic Pro installed - I felt that 3x pairs of V7 Vivid Pros were a little too bright (when I used them with my headphones), therefore I swapped 1x pair with the V7 Classic Pro to bring down the highs a little bit, without losing much (if anything) in terms of detail, sounding very natural and engaging. It also comes comes with remote and SP02 power modules.

Please note, this auction is for the Soloist HEADPHONE AMP/PREAMP only, but the last picture in the ad shows how they look in a stack with the matching Timekeeper 3X GT monoblocks. Price for the Burson Timekeeper 3X GT and Soloist 3X GT upon enquiry - they are a great match, and you would be hard pressed to find anything similar at this price.

Don’t mind the partial black stripes on the display - this is to do with the refresh rate of the display. It is 100% functioning in real life, and does not flicker, but taking a clear picture is difficult.
