Description
The Cyrus 3i is a compact, high-quality amp that delivers 50 watts per channel into 8-ohm speakers. It’s known for its clear, detailed sound and solid build. Great for both music lovers and audiophiles who want clean, musical performance without needing huge power.
What’s Good * Refined sound – clear highs, tight bass, great detail * Compact size – fits easily into small spaces * Upgradeable – works well with the PSX-R power supply for better performance * Well-built – solid components and reliable design
What to Know * Best with 8-ohm speakers – struggles with lower impedance * Not very powerful – might not suit large rooms or inefficient speakers * No modern features – no digital inputs or Bluetooth
Best For * Small to medium rooms * Music lovers who want clarity and rhythm * Systems where space is limited
Summary * Power: 50W per channel (8O) * Sound: Smooth, detailed, natural * Use with: 8-ohm speakers for best results * Optional upgrade: PSX-R power supply
Verdict: Still a great amp today if you value sound quality over bells and whistles. Add the PSX-R and it punches well above its weight.
Very good condition, minimal use.

Questions & Answers (1)
does this amplifier work on its own, or must it have another component like a power supply for it to work? ta aunty (246 • 9:16 pm, Tue, 29 Jul )The Amp doesn't need any other components to function. With the power supply it basically doubles the amount of power it can output to the speakers. It ran my 120w 8ohm B&W floor speakers well I just upgraded to a Yamaha that has a subwoofer output.
