Panasonic SL-CT700 Portable CD Player MP3 in excellent working order,comes with new ear buds, soft zip case to carry the player and some discs, external battery case & 2 AA batteries,the two original Panasonic batteries(gumstick) are flat and need to be replaced,but the AA batteries are doing a good job,no wall charger.
