JVC PC-11 JW/C Portable Stereo System: Made in Japan!

Purchased new by me in Canada en route to UK on my OE in December1983.

Incredibly, it still has its original box and all packaging, accessories and its instruction manual. It is in excellent undamaged condition which is amazing for its age and it works perfectly.

The unit is 115V for North America but comes complete with a step up transformer so that it can plug into 240v 50Hz as well. It can also runs off 12V and 8 x 1.5v normal size D dry cell batteries (see extra photo added). I used it for years in the UK and in Dubai when I lived there, without any issue.

Anything remotely comparable with the quality of these Japanese Kenwood units is now impossible to find especially with a decent tape deck and graphic equalizer.

Most on eBay are in poor condition compared to this one and none have their original packaging.

I would prefer the buyer to collect from my home in Remuera, Auckland.
