Pioneer Midi-Component P710 System from the Early 90's with no speakers or remote.
Comprises of:
- Synthesizer Tuner F-P710
- Stereo Amplifier A-P710
- Sound Field Processor SP-P710
- Twin Tray CD Player PD-P710T
- Tape Deck Twin CT-P710 WR
Overall Dimensions:- Combined Height = 39.5 cm Width = 26 cm Depth = 28.5 cm
All Components appear to be working although I do not have a cassette tape to test the Twin Tape Deck.
PLEASE READ:-
I do not have the Original Speakers and when I tested with some others that I have it seems to have a continuous hum which I suspect is an Earthing Fault. (for the reason that when I stand over it while it is playing and hold down the top with slight pressure it disappears. I guess making me the Ground Wire. I did try to put a 3 pin plug on the main power input but do not know much about electronics on where to attach this new ground wire to on the stereo system.
This is possibly an easy fix for someone with electrical knowledge otherwise it would make a perfect part or component donor for the same system.

Hi, when does this Hum started? is it from day one or just recently? taupo2525 (324 • 2:03 pm, Thu, 16 OctI was given the stereo some years ago without the speakers. Connected some small 2 way surround speakers that I had before listing it so I could check it was working. Hum was there while testing.
